KG Registration for 2023-2024 will take place the week of May 15th BY APPOINTMENT!!

To register a child for Kindergarten, the child must be 5 years old by August 1st.

Please call 740-621-5904 between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM to make an appointment.

The person who has legal custody of the student is the person who must register the student.  Documentation needed for registration is:

a photo ID of the person registering the student

a proof of address for the person registering the student (current utility bill, current bank statement, lease/rental/mortgage agreement,  NOTE: we CANNOT use the photo ID for proof of address)

birth certificate of the student

immunization/shot records of the student

court stamped custody papers (if applicable)
