Welcome to Coach Browns' Physical Education Class.

Rubric

Must change everyday- Clean shoes,shorts or sweatpants,and shirt. Fitness Tests {pre and post}. 
The fitness tests consist of seven components: Sit-ups, push-ups, shuttle run, flexed arm hang, sit and reach, pull-ups, and the mile .
 
Advanced P.E. classes will be HIIT training in gymnasium two days a week and agility and cardio work two days.
 
We will begin our " CARDIO " days once the pre-test is complete. This consists of a six minute run on Tuesdays and a seven minute run on Thursdays in preparation for the post-test mile run. All classes will begin working on some agility skills to improve quickness and speed on CARDIO days.
