I have been teaching for the New Lexington School District since 2004. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Science from Bowling Green State University, a Bachelor’s of Science in Middle Childhood Math and Science Education from Ohio University, and a Master’s in Education from Marygrove College. Currently I teach seventh grade math.
I believe that students should be involved in their own learning. Therefore, my classroom is filled with opportunities to be involved by playing games, working in collaborative teams to solve problems, and know that making mistakes are part of the learning process.
