Updated 5-1-2020

Every Monday and Wednesday New Lexington Schools will be providing free breakfast and lunch meals for all children ages 18 and under  in our area.  We are giving these meals in a drive through setting in front of New Lexington High School  and in front of Junction City Elementary to make it easier for families. This will make these grab and go meals easily accessible.  You will not need to get out of your vehicle to get the meals.  We will bring them to you.  We will keep you posted with future meal pick up dates and times.

Search for Children With Disabilities

In accordance with Public Law 93-380, the New Lexington City Schools are making an effort to identify, locate, and evaluate all children with disabilities birth through age 21. By disability we mean a condition such as being hearing impaired, visually impaired, orthopedically impaired, emotional disturbance, cognitive disability, specific learning disabled, speech or language impairment, deaf-blindness, autism, traumatic brain injury, multiple disabilities and/or other health impairment.

Many children with disabilities are not visible because they do not function in the mainstream of the community. Also, many unidentified children are preschoolers. Parents may not be aware that programs and services are available. If you know a child with a disability, please contact Mr. Rich Warren, Director of Student Services, at 740-342-4133. By law, all inquiries are treated confidentially.
