Will
Poling (P) and Mitchell Wycinski (CF) are the losses, but seniors
Brayden Metzger (SS/P), Jared Wycinski (3B/P), Gage Morgan (3B/P) and
Chase Sheppard (2B/OF) and juniors Aaron Foreman (2B/P) and Seth Russell
(1B) return.
Freshman Seth Burgess is the first freshman varsity
catcher since 1984 (Todd Taylor), and sophomores Trey Givens (P/CF),
Skye Matheney (Util) and Noah Hahn (Util) also are newcomers.
"We
hope to be competitive in every league game and finish close to .500,"
Brown said. "Tri-Valley, Sheridan, John Glenn and Crooksville are the
favorites. We would love to win one game against each of them."
