LOGAN - It was a strong start to the golf season for New Lexington on Friday.
The Panthers totaled 311, finishing second to champion Worthington Christian, which had 305, in the 15-team Logan Invitational.
Columbus
St. Charles was third (315), Tri-Valley fourth (336) and New Albany
fifth (347), while Zanesville had 361 to place 11th.
Brayden
Metzger led the Panthers with a 74, while Caleb Barnette shot 76,
Kolten Foraker 79 and Trey Givens 82 to round out the scoring, and Tyler
Brown also had a 90.
Metzger tied for second overall and were joined on the
all-tournament team by Barnette.
