Area basketball fans have
witnessed plenty of great athletes through the years. The 2015-16
basketball campaign provided another list of players who shined on the
court and will be remembered long past this season.
It’s those types of student-athletes who fill out our rosters, as the
Times Recorder Sports Department released our annual Prime Time Players.
The girl's squad featured New Lexington’s Allie Russell.
Russell did a little
bit of everything for her respective squad. She not only led her
team in scoring, but was able to produce even when opposing defenses
tried to slow her down.
