The Panthers totaled 292 points to capture the John Deno Invitational
at Athens.
Corban West took the 152pound title with a 7-3 decision over
Nelsonville-York’s Anthony Koping; and Dimitri Williams pinned Morgan’s
Wesley Pauley in 5:35 to win at 170 for New Lex.
Tyler Shipley (106),
Blake Sheppard (113), Landin Price (120), John Mautz (160) and Antonio
Villaloboz (182) were all second and Justice Freeman (126) came in
third.
